Our services are generally scoped individually. Payment schedules, cancellation terms and eligible refunds should be defined in the applicable signed agreement or invoice.

Before work begins

If you wish to cancel before work begins, contact us promptly. Any refund depends on the agreement and costs already committed.

Work in progress

Completed milestones, delivered work and non-recoverable third-party costs may be non-refundable where permitted by the agreed terms and applicable law.

How to request a review

Contact us with your name, service details, invoice reference and reason for cancellation or refund request. We will review the applicable terms and respond.
