Venus The Supplied Air Respirator complete unit, approved under IS 10245 standards. Incorporates essential components designed to ensure optimal respiratory safety across various work environments. It includes a Low Pressure Conditioner for regulating air pressure. A Spiral hose extending up to 10 meters to provide flexibility and reach. And a Flow Control Valve for precise adjustment of airflow. A Breathing Hose Connector ensures a secure attachment to the respirator. While a protective Hood encapsulates the head and neck for comprehensive coverage.

Central to the unit is the Venus Pressure Filter panel, equipped with three outputs to accommodate multiple users simultaneously. This panel features four specialized filters: a Particulate Filter to remove airborne particles. A Moisture Filter to eliminate excess water vapor, and a HEPA filter with a 99.97% efficiency rating for capturing hazardous particles sized at 0.3 microns and above. An Activated Carbon Filter further enhances safety by removing gases and odors from the compressed air supply.

Constructed from powder-coated MS (Mild Steel). The Filter panel is durable and can be conveniently wall-mounted to suit operational requirements. It includes a Pressure Controller to adjust pressure levels according to user needs and a Pressure Gauge for accurate monitoring of input pressure.
