    I recently installed the KANEX 10 Kg model in my factory. The actual dimensions are about 15×6 inches. Installation was very straightforward, and their customer service was prompt in responding to queries, even helping with a site-specific installation guide. The product also comes with a 5 year warranty, which is a plus. Regular maintenance checks are imperative, and we were advised to do quarterly check-ups. So far, so good.
