Applications

Safety Light Bar is electronically controlled safety device which helps in controlling traffic during night time. Visible from distance in the dark, it provides signal to the distant motorists. LED and fluorescent cast vinyl film in the bar emits highly visible signals. Fitted with flashlight, Light Bar is powered by two battery cells, it can be operated by two-way switch for blinking as well as flash light.

  • Made of polycarbonate material it is exceedingly durable and crystal clear transparent.
  • Safety light bar has been designed with electronic chip, equipped with rechargeable battery.
  • Florescent cast vinyl film is used inside the bar to emit highly visible signals.

An Electronic PCB board is fitted in the Light Bar & 4 small LEDs are fixed on the board which glow when energy transmitted through it. Fluorescent Red Coloured 2.2 mil. Cast Vinyl Film having durability of minimum years & Temperature range 180 F is pasted inside the bar which emits highly visible signal when LEDs glow inside. For proper sealing, water proof ring is provided under polycarbonate bar which increases the life of safety bar in all weather conditions. A handle of dia 2 inches and length 4 inches with knurling is provided on handle for better gripping. Flasher (bulb) is provided on top of light bar. Two way switch provided to select blinking or Torch mode. Two batteries (1.5 V) are required to operate the safety light bar. Dia : 52 mm. Weight : 190 gms. (without batteries.).
